The company has had considerable experience in the management of defence projects and has staff trained in the application of PRINCE2 (PMBOK) project management techniques.

This experience includes the management of a major upgrade program for a number of Army EW assets.

IIC has available a number of tools for the monitoring and control of schedule and cost and has experience in the application of earned value management.

IIC is experienced in the development of Work Breakdown Structures to DEF(AUST)5664 and in the implementation of Cost Schedule Control Systems in accordance with DEF(AUST)5657.
